The 11-acre garden, studded with contemporary works such as the oft-photographed Spoonbridge & Cherry by Claes Oldenburg, sits beside the Walker Art Center. The Cowles Conservatory, abloom with exotic hothouse flowers, is also on the grounds. In summer a trippy mini-golf course amid the sculptures adds to the fun ($12 for adults, $9 for kids). Note the garden will be closed through 2016 as it gets an ecofriendly facelift.
