Enter the gold-domed Center for Weather Control in Port Discovery at DisneySea to find yourself on a perilous mission. A large storm is coming, and you need to diffuse it by carrying a special device into the center. This attraction is a full motion flight simulator with surprising, realistic special effects. You are in a theater watching a movie, and the seats move in time with the action.

Before you enter the theater, which seats 122 people, you will have an introduction to the project, explaining the dangerous flight which is about to occur. These instructions and the  narrations of the pilot in the movie are all in Japanese, but you can still appreciate the show with its stormy adventure. The main show lasts about 5 and a half minutes, with the pre-show the total is about 14 minutes. There is a lot of movement, but fairly predictable and smooth enough to make this a good choice for someone wanting a medium thrill but not too scary.

You can use a FastPass for StormRider. No photos or videos are permitted during the movie. Children 3 years old and under, and those under 90 cm (about 35 inches) are not allowed in this attraction.
