Fine Dining

There are a lot of fine dining places to choose from, whether you enjoy Asian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine or prefer a steak.

Benihana – Japanese

Benihana is one of the most popular Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas. A full range of traditional and modern Japanese dishes are prepared for the guests. Appetizers cost $8-$16 and include fresh sushi, sashimi, and tekka-maki. Entrees cost $21-$49 and include hibachi chicken, teriyaki steak, and filet mignon. Dinner includes Hibachi shrimp, Japanese onion soup, Benihana salad with ginger dressing, steamed rice, and green tea. It is a non-smoking restaurant. Reservations are suggested.

Garden of the Dragon – Chinese

The chef, Chun Liu Keung, creates authentic menu items ranging from sumptuous Szechwan, Peking style, Northern Mongolian and Cantonese cuisine. The signature dishes include Live Seafood, Crispy Fried Seabass and House Made Peking duck. Entrees cost $17 – $32 and include Szechwan Sea Bass, spicy salt and pepper pork chops, and orange beef. Casa Nicola – Mediterranean

The combination of traditional and modern dishes has made the restaurant one of the most popular among those visiting Las Vegas. The signature dishes include Ossobuco, Cioppino, Pappardelle Bolognese, Lobster, Shrimp & Scallops Fradiavolo. You’ll find here homemade pastas, fresh seafood, and hearth baked breads. Entrees cost $22 – $45 while appetizers cost $9 – $20. It is a non-smoking restaurant. The dress code is business casual. Reservations are suggested.

TJ’s Steakhouse

The restaurant is decorated with nostalgic images of old Las Vegas and welcomes guests in a relaxing atmosphere. All side dishes are served a la carte with some of the largest cuts of beef in Las Vegas. The signature dishes include Crab Cakes, Calamari Steak and 22oz Bone-In Rib Eye. Those who prefer to avoid the beef, have other choices, such as Organic herb Roasted Chicken, Line Caught Swordfish, Roasted Filet of Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass, or Pan Seared Ahi Tuna Steak, and Colorado Lamb Chops. Appetizers cost $13 – $29 and entrees cost $26 – $68. The restaurant is open from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. It is a non-smoking restaurant. The dress code is business casual. Teru Sushi – Japanese

It features more than 40 types of fresh sushi. The signature dishes include Spicy Tuna, Smoked Eel Martini and Dragon Roll. Reservations are not necessary. It is a non-smoking restaurant and the dress code is business casual.

888 Noodle Bar – Asian

It is the place where you can grab noodles, congee, and rice dishes, as well as other Asian specialties.

Benihana Village

Late night menus are also available and they feature breakfast favorites, salads, sandwiches, and burgers. As for the prices, a toasted bagel costs $1.95 and a country breakfast $5.95. Salads start at $4.95 and a hot dog costs $3.25.

Pizza Hut Express

It is located in the North Tower and is open daily.

Fortuna

It is located in the hotel lobby and features coffees and wines, as well as an array of breakfast gourmet pastries, fruit tarts, fruits, yogurt and cakes. And here you can find wireless internet access for free.

The Ice Cream Shoppe

It offers 12 all-natural ice cream flavors and an array of traditional sundaes, milk shakes, and ice cream soda favorites. It is open daily.

It is open daily and features coffees, pastries and snacks.

It is located by the pool and is open seasonally. It features salads, sandwiches and other light fare.
