Las Vegas Hilton

Las Vegas Hilton is a hotel, casino and convention center located off the Strip. It is the largest Hilton Hotel in the world and home to the largest sports book in the world. There’s a Las Vegas Monorail stop at the hotel.

Year opened

The hotel was built in 1969 and it opened under the name of International hotel. At that time, it was the largest hotel in the world. Barbra Streisand was the opening-night performer and right after that Elvis Presley performed for 58 consecutive sold out shows. In the 1970s, Liberace performed here as well.

In 1970, International Hotel was sold to Hilton Hotels Corporation and they renamed it Las Vegas Hilton in 1971.

A variety of bars and lounges offer the possibility to spend the entire night dancing or catching up with your friends.

Entertainment

There are two venues within Las Vegas Hilton: the Theater at the Las Vegas Hilton and The Shimmer Showroom. The latter is currently home of Sin City Bad Girls and Sin City Heat.
