Vegas Show News: Tony & Tina’s Wedding, Cashetta, Bite

TIME : 2016/2/25 16:09:12

Tony & Tina’s Wedding, the campy fun interactive dinner show, has moved from The Rio to a new Strip location at Planet Hollywood.

Taking the “Hollywood” location semi-seriously, the show has started bringing in weekly guest stars. Wrestler Rowdy Roddy Piper joins in from now until March 5. Then 80s teen singer Tiffany takes over March 6-12, followed by actor Barry Williams (“Greg Brady” to fans of that long-running TV series) from March 13-26.

The show plays nightly at 7pm, except Sundays, when it is dark. Tickets are $57.99 (Back of House seating) to $140.80 (VIP), and can be purchased online or by calling 702.949.6450.

With the recent closings of “An Evening at La Cage” and “Lucky Cheng’s,” the Strip has lacked for drag queen entertainment.

Enter Cashetta, who is bringing “Magic’s a Drag” to Krave Nightclub six nights a week (dark on Sundays) at 7pm.

Tickets for the comedy-magic cabaret-style show are $44.95 and $59.95 (includes all-you-can-drink wristband) and can be purchased at the venue. For more information, call 702.836.0836.

Bite” at the Stratosphere has replaced its lead vamp, Antonio Restivo, with dancer-choreographer Russell Hines.

Restivo tells the Review-Journal‘s Mike Weatherford that he found out the hard way his contract wasn’t being renewed, but says he is already on the rebound.

He says he still will be doing his “Tournament of Kings” gig at Excalibur as well as producing and starring in a new dance review called “Ignite” at the Greek Isles. That show is scheduled to start March 13th and will be a late-night show, playing at 11pm.
