But you’ve got to act fast.

Procrastinators, rejoice: It’s not too late to book your tickets for 50 Days by Albert Adrià, the Michelin-starred chef’s eight-week residency dinner series at London’s Hotel Café Royal. The run is almost entirely sold out, but it’s not too late to book a weeknight meal for you and seven of your closest jet-setting foodie friends.

Beginning February 12, the series marks the first time Adrià—younger brother of Ferran and 23-year vet of the now-shuttered El Bulli—has shared his cuisine outside of his native Spain. It’s a prime chance for London-bound foodies to scope out the inventive fare that’s earned him international acclaim, Michelin stars at multiple restaurants, and the 2015 World’s Best Pastry Chef award.

Diners begin with cocktails and snacks in the Oscar Wilde bar, then transition to a 30-course dinner in the hotel’s Domino restaurant. Reservations cost £150 per person—about $225—not including drinks, tax, tip, or airfare.

And if you miss your shot at the limited-run event, book your tickets to Spain ASAP: Adrià will be adding to his Barcelona restaurant empire this April with Enigma, a concept restaurant-slash-cocktail bar with seating for only sixteen guests. It’s the final addition to his “culinary amusement park,” a cluster of restaurants that includes Tickets, Bodega 1900, Pakta, Hoja Santa, and Niño Viejo.
