With one of Africa’s largest heronries, Xakanaxa Lediba (Xakanaxa Lagoon) is renowned as a birdwatchers’ paradise. In addition to herons, potential sightings here include storks, egrets and ibises. The area also supports an array of wildlife and large numbers of fish.
