Bainskloof is one of the country’s great mountain passes, with a superb caravan park halfway along. It’s a magical drive, which, if you have the lungs for it, would be even better experienced on a bicycle. Rte 303 runs from Wellington across Bainskloof to meet Rte 43, which runs south to Worcester and north to Ceres.
