Located about 500m southeast of Sat Burnzam Ghor and a fair climb up Monte Hill, Margao’s only hill, Mount Church is a simple whitewashed building, faced by a similarly diminutive piazza cross. A detour up here is worth it for the view: from the shade of a grove of palm trees in front of the church, it’s possible to see straight across the coastal plain to the beaches of Colva and Benaulim.
