This is a small exhibition room and shop introducing local fibres and selling handmade paper products, bags and local essences. If you're wondering why it's part-funded by the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, that's because these crafts are an attempt to find non-narcotic-based commerce for former poppy-growing communities. Hence its ironic nickname, the 'opium shop'.
