Limbang Regional Museum

TIME : 2016/2/17 15:01:26

This small museum features well-presented exhibits on Limbang Division’s archaeology, culture and crafts, including Chinese ceramic jars that were a symbol of status and wealth for Orang Ulu communities. It is housed in a Charles Brooke–era fort originally built in 1897 and rebuilt (after a fire) in 1991. Located on the riverbank, about 1km south of the centre.
