This museum concentrates on the history of Cyprus – in particular, Nicosia. The permanent collection includes traditional costumes, paintings, archaeological exhibits, and a historic and fascinating postcard collection; all are fittingly housed in a handsome neoclassical mansion. The gift shop is excellent.
