This new museum and culinary centre creates specialised displays highlighting one aspect of Greece's rich culinary history (say, organic monastery food, or the traditions of Macedonia). Its cafe-restaurant then serves up creative dishes (€7 to €15) tied to the exhibition, and the shop sells goods from each theme, whether it's Macedonian honey or monastery-made jam. It also has occasional cooking classes, film screenings and parties.
