Halfway between the villages of Moycullen and Oughterard is the 4.5 hectare Brigit's Garden, a charming and tranquil spot dedicated to Celtic myth and heritage, explored in an environment of woodland, meadowland and traditional architecture, including a thatched roundhouse and crannóg . There's also a huge sundial, where you can accurately calculate the time and a new sustainability zone that provides 10% of the garden's energy from sunlight. A cafe is at hand for restorative drinks and bites.
