Rossimoda Shoes Museum

Housed in the magnificent Villa Foscarini Rossi, an 18th century Venetian villa set on the idyllic Brenta Riviera, the Rossimoda Shoes Museum is the brainchild of Luigino Rossi, president of the luxury Rossimoda shoe factory.
The unique museum houses two permanent collections, with more than 1,700 shoes on display including a host of designer brand names including Fendi, Yves Saint Laurent, Dior, Emilio Pucci, Givenchy, Celine and Kenzo, and pieces dating from 1947 to modern day. Highlights include some rare Venetian '700 and' 800 antique footwear, a Vera Wang shoe designed for Sharon Stone’s wedding and the Yves Saint Laurent Pilgrim shoes worn by Catherine Deneuve in Belle de jour. Even the décor continues the theme, with shoe artworks by Andy Warhol, Allen Jones and Anselmo Anselmi adorning the walls.
