This 18th-century mansion was, between 1910 and 1932, the home of Jonas Mačiulis (Maironis), the Kaunas poet-priest who stirred Lithuania's national ambitions in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It's now a museum dedicated to his life and works, and Lithuanian literature more broadly.
