The 22-story building next to the EYE Film Institute used to be Royal Dutch Shell oil company offices. As of spring 2016, it's a hip hub for electronic dance music businesses. An observatory (with a giant swing for daredevils) crowns the building. There are also two dance clubs (one up high, and one in the basement) and a revolving restaurant on the 19th floor.
