Just north of the Princely Court, this 1766 synagogue was built over the foundations of a 1490 predecessor. The tiny interior is decorated with Jewish artefacts, restored frescoes and paintings. If closed, walk 20m down the alley and around the corner to Str Petru Rareş 7 and inquire within. Alternatively, your hotel can phone the local Jewish community's leadership for you.
