Villa Le Lac, in Corseaux, was built by Le Corbusier between 1923 and 1924. The white lakefront house with a functional rooftop sun deck and ribbon windows is the perfect overture to the world-renowned Swiss architect’s better-known work. His mother lived here from 1924 until 1960, followed by his brother until 1973. Each summer the house now hosts a different exhibition.
