Whether you’re intrigued or boggled by high-altitude alpinism, this ranger station provides an excellent window into that rarefied world. In addition to coordinating the numerous Mt McKinley expeditions during spring and summer, the station functions as a visitor center, with maps, books, photos and video presentations about the Alaska Range. Ranger-led activities begin daily at 11:30am and 1pm.
