A replica of the ship Hector that carried the first 200 Highland Scots to Nova Scotia is tied up for viewing. Descend into the large hull crammed with bunks to get a feel of how challenging the crossing was. The ticket includes admission to Hector Heritage Quay , which has an interpretive centre, a re-created blacksmith shop, a collection of shipbuilding artifacts and displays about the Hector and its passengers.
