I have been going to Whistler as long as I remember and when I was a scruffy young snowboarder and I even lived there for a season. I thought I knew the town in and out especially since I worked at a local real estate office when I was a resident. That all changed when I took a Harbour Air Seaplane Ultimate Glacier Tour.
The tour takes 40 minutes and you fly over the mountains, glaciers, trees, lakes, and more. You take off and land at Green Lake which is a glacier fed lake that is mint green. The views are absolutely incredible as you fly amongst the clouds at eye level to the tops of the mountains like Whistler, Blackcomb, Black Tusk, and the rest in the Tantalus Range. This was definitely the most scenic flight I have ever taken in my life. A big must do for Whistler!
