Stillwell, one of Nova Scotia's most beloved beer bars, goes into pop-up mode for the summer, opening a converted shipping-container bar in a former performance space on the boardwalk. Pouring daily during the summer as long as the weather cooperates, the bar has 10 rotating taps of Canadian beer, and serves sausages and other local beer garden snacks. In the winter (or when it rains), head to the mothership bar, which is just a few blocks away, for a full list of tasty snacks, some arcade games, and an ever-changing wall of beer taps to choose from.
