Fantasmic! Show at Tokyo DisneySea
As well as the regular attractions, DisneySea offers a variety of special entertainment. There is a fireworks display every evening, and six live performance shows. Because of DisneySea’s water theme, two of the major shows, The Legend of Mythica and Fantasmic!, are performed in the Mediterranean Harbor section.

These extravagant musical shows have dancing and liberal special effects that take place on various boats and watercraft. Unique to DisneySea, they are highly recommended.

The other shows vary greatly from a humorous number at the Dockside Stage to acrobatic dancing in the Hangar Stage. There is one venue, The Cape Cod Cook-Off, which offers a show while you eat, but it is not a typical luxurious dinner theater number. Instead, it is a short performance designed for children. The shows at these theaters occasionally change, so check the schedule to see what is offered for the day you plan visit.

Some of the shows are very popular with limited seating, so plan accordingly. Sometimes outdoor shows and fireworks are cancelled due to inclement weather. Though other Disney theme parks also have stage shows, DisneySea offers several that appear nowhere else. Be sure to take in at least one on your visit. No matter what show you attend, it will be fun and memorable.
