al-denteBally’s Las Vegas offers anything a food lover wants: from Mexican fare to traditional Italian food, Japanese delicacies, real American steaks and everything else in between.

Al Dente – Italian

Al Dente is open from Wednesday until Sunday, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. It is located at the Casino Level. The average entrée price is $15-25. The restaurant offers traditional Sicilian dishes cooked with an international flair. Guests can choose among dishes such as lasagna or spaghetti Bolognese. Italian desserts and coffees, as well as European wines complete the menu.

Bally’s Steakhouse – Steakhouse

The restaurant is open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The average entrée price is $25-40. Bally’s Steakhouse is located at the casino level. It is one of the oldest steakhouses on the Strip, where guests can enjoy dishes such as slow-roasted aged prime rib, bone-in sirloin steak and Chilean sea bass. Make sure to try one of their signature desserts such as the banana cream pie or the mile-high sundaes.

Sbarro – Italian

It is open from Sunday until Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday it’s open until 11 p.m. It is located adjacent to Bally’s Race and Sports Book, at the Mall Level. Sbarro is an affordable place where you can eat pizza or other Italian dishes.

Ichiban Sushi – Asian

ichiban-sushiIt is open from Sunday until Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and on Friday and Sunday until 11 p.m. The restaurant is located at the Mall Level. The average entrée price is $15-25. It serves Japanese sushi as well as other popular dishes such as Soba and Udon noodles. Asian beer and sake complete the authentic experience.

Java Coast – Casual/Café

It is located at the Casino Level and is open 24 h daily. It is a cheap place where those in need of a pick-me-up can grab a coffee, while those who prefer juices or fruit smoothies can satisfy their cravings. Baked goods accompany the coffee and other drinks.

Nosh – Snack Bar

It is located at the Casino level in the South tower, adjacent to the guest elevators. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. It’s a cheap place where you can grab a bagel, a croissant or a sandwich for breakfast. Salads, hot dogs, desserts and coffees complete the menu.

Sidewalk Café – American (Traditional)

It is located at the Casino Level and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is a cheap place where guests can grab traditional American dishes. Breakfast is available day and night and the pies are to die for. Coffee completes the menu.

Sterling Brunch – Steakhouse

It is located at the Casino Level and is open only on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The average entrée price is $40+, making the restaurant the most expensive at Bally’s. Reservations are required. You can start your day with a brunch consisting of champagne, caviar, sushi, omelets or other exquisite dishes. Desserts complete the menu.

Terrace Café – American (Traditional)

It is located adjacent to Bally’s Pool and is open only when the pools are. Quick eats such as sandwiches, hot dogs, cookies and light bites are available. Full beverage service is also available for those who spend the day by the pool.
