Broadway in Bryant Park Schedule for Summer 2015

TIME : 2016/2/29 17:54:29
This Summer, Take in a Broadway Show at Bryant Park

Seeing a Broadway show is right up there with walking across the Brooklyn Bridge, climbing the stairs of the Statue of Liberty, or eating pastrami at Katz's deli. To put it simply: it's a tourists' must.

But a cushy seat in one of The Great White Way's theaters doesn't come cheap, with tickets for popular shows like Book of Mormon, The King and I, and historic hip-hop darling Hamilton regularly costing upwards of $300.

So what's a broke Broadway fan to do? Get thee to Bryant Park.

Now in its 15th year, 106.7 LITE FM's free Broadway in Bryant Park series offers audiences a weekly dose of showtunes performed out on the lawn. Every Thursday through mid-August, stars of popular shows, both on and off Broadway (think Chicago, Kinky Boots, Matilda, and more) sing their greatest hits in an hour-long revue-style show.

It might not compare to an evening out at the theater, hey, you can't beat the price. Find the full schedule below, and additional information over on 1067litefm.com.
