Near barangay Balaoi you can spot Dos Hermanos , a pair of inaccessible offshore islands that local legend claims are the remains of two sibling fishermen lost at sea. Past here are the most Freudian geographical formations in Pagudpud: Bantay-abot (‘Mountain with a hole’), an offshore hole in a rocky islet, and Timmangtang Rock , a stubby lump of rock and jungle.
