Atop a hill shared by the military, Kkeutseom Observatory has binoculars looking towards North Korea, plus an auditorium with interactive map and a room dedicated to wishes of unification. There are also displays of artillery shells fired by the North that hit Yeonpyeong in 2010. It's on the eastern tip of the island near the port.
