In the underground arcade that runs beneath the Jungang Market this collection of design and art studios have popped up in unoccupied shops. A part of a citywide project to foster up-and-coming artists, sections of the arcade itself have been turned into a gallery of the artists’ work, which shares space with raw seafood restaurants.
