Haegang Ceramic Museum

Haegang Ceramic Museum

Since 1990 the Haegang Pottery Museum has been offering travelers the unique opportunity to gain an up close look at historical and ancient artifacts. This interactive museum showcases the ceramic masterpieces of Korean artists, including pottery, black ceramics, unique Buncheong ware and white porcelain. The second floor exhibition hall is home to 13 distinct displays that examine the history of this traditional art in chronological order.
Special exhibits are added throughout the year, which means there’s usually an opportunity to see something new, though visitors agree the museum’s own collection is extensive, impressive and worth checking out.
