This museum was being constructed at the time of research; it was due to open in September 2015. It will display outstanding archaeological finds from the Larissa area, from the Middle Palaeolithic to the late Byzantine times, including exceptional discoveries from the Neolithic period. It's about 6km southwest of Larissa, beyond Neapoli.
