This little-visited but impressive collection is housed in the grandiose 19th-century Palazzo Brancaccio. It includes 5th-century-BC Iranian glassware, items from the ancient settlement of Swat in Pakistan, 12th-century homewares from Afghanistan, engraved ritual vessels from China dating to 800 BC to 900 BC, and a new Korean gallery with bronzes, seals and contemporary art.
