The Museo Histórico is located close to the Castillo Árabe and below the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Rosario church, and has a striking 16th-century archway. The museum comprises two main exhibition halls – one concentrating on archaeological history, with exhibits dating from the Neolithic and Bronze ages; the second has more contemporary photos and artwork, as well as a model of the castle.
