Cable car in Hakone
As opposed to a ropeway in the sky, the Hakone Tozan Cable Car is pulled along a steep, straight track up the mountain. Get incredible views of the 211 meter (692 feet) altitude change looking back on the track from the rear of the car. It runs from Gora to Sounzan with 4 stations in between. The complete ride takes about 10 minutes and costs 410 for adults or 210 yen for children, one way. The Hakone Free Pass is valid on the Hakone Tozan Cable Car.
