Where is Panama?

Travel to the southmost country in Central America and you will find the Republic of Panama. Panama connects south and central America; the bordering country on the north is Costa Rica, with Colombia to the South. With the Caribbean Sea on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other, it’s no wonder that a canal was created right through the centre of the country. The Panama Canal is a key conduit for international maritime trade.
