While wandering around Vancouver's Gastown district, I happened upon Bao Down on Powell Street, a new little Asian inspired eatery serving steamed baos, street sandwiches, salads, and snacks. I grabbed a "Flip Side" which was filled with sweet soy marinated and grilled pork sirloin, crispy garlic, pickled carrots and radish with a shout fish sauce dressing. A perfect mid day snack to carry me on till dinner while exploring downtown.
